Booking conditions

 

Below you will find the conditions that apply in the event of cancellation. The amounts and percentages shown must be paid by you.

When applied, the special conditions take precedence over the generic ones.

General Terms and Conditions (Individual Booking)

  •  Less than 48 hours before date: 1st night Special conditions (Groups*)

  • Between 7 and 0 day(s): 100.00%

  • Between 21 and 8 days: 50.00%

  • More than 3 weeks: 25.00 EUR

(*): Any booking of 3 rooms or more

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. The fine for non-compliance with this prohibition is €250.00.

Factory Hotel Terms and Conditions

 

Bookings

Factory Hotel only accepts bookings from persons aged 18 and over. Factory Hotel reserves the right to refuse a booking at any time, without giving reasons. After booking, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Room rate

All prices are in euros. The price of each room includes:

  • 21% VAT

  • One night's accommodation in the booked room type

  • Daily cleaning of room and bathroom

  • Use of WiFi

  • Free parking

  • Chromecast

  • Private tea set and Nespresso machine

The room price does not include:

  • Breakfast

  • Tourist tax (€1 per room, per person, per night)

  • Minibar contents

The number of persons per booking period is determined by the maximum number of persons staying in the room for at least one night. Early departure does not entitle guests to a refund of tourist tax and other charges.

Payments

When booking your stay, you pay the total invoice amount (room price, tourist tax, environmental tax, any service charges, and extras). You can make the payment to the bank account number listed below:

Your booking is only valid after receipt of your payment.

Change fees

If, after the booking has been made, you wish to make changes to the booking, Factory Hotel is not obliged to comply with these changes. It is at Factory Hotel's discretion whether, and to what extent, these changes will be accepted. In principle, changes are not permitted within 1 week prior to arrival. For each change to a booking that has already been made, up to a maximum of 1 week prior to arrival, we will charge you a €10 change fee per room.
