All reservations must be paid for before arrival.
Cancellations:
Up to 5 business days before arrival: free cancellation.
Up to 4 business days prior to arrival: we will retain 30% of your reservation amount.
Up to 2 business days before arrival: no free cancellation possible. We will retain the entire reservation amount.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking in any areas of the hotel. Fines: €500.
Extra guests in the rooms (not mentioned in your reservation) are not allowed. Fines: €500.
