By boat from Antwerp to Lillo
Antwerp is less than a kilometer away from Factory Hotel! You can easily reach the other side of the Scheldt by water bus. No traffic jams and a fun experience too. The best place to board is at the Kallosluis stop.

Fort Liefkenshoek
Fort Liefkenshoek is a surprising piece of heritage and green oasis in the Waasland harbor, located 5.8 km from our hotel. It is accessible by car, bicycle, and/or water bus. Be surprised by this valuable heritage gem in the midst of industry and natural beauty. Experience the history of the 16th-century defensive structure in an interactive experience center. Visit the cozy tavern and stroll along the dike to spot ocean giants from all corners of the world. Feel the contrast between the busy harbor activity and the tranquility of the beautiful Beverse polders.
Fort of Lillo
The Fort of Lillo is proof that forts are indestructible. While the rest of the village had to make way for the port of Antwerp, the fort still stands. The result: a tiny village called Lillo-Fort on the fort grounds.

Doel
Doel has been a fiercely contested village for decades. It attracts many curious visitors because of its turbulent history. Today, it is a graffiti hotspot and a place where several cycle routes and a walking network pass by. Doel is easily accessible, 12 km from our hotel by bike or car.
